PAYMENT
Our preferred payment method is by credit/debit card; however, payment can also be made by Cheque, Bank Transfer, or Pay Pal and Credit/Debit card by telephone 01728664184.
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment and if paying by cheque upon receipt of cleared funds.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, a VAT Invoice will be dispatched with the goods.

SHIPMENT
FREE shipping by our freight forwarder on all orders over £50.00 for goods shipped to the U.K. mainland.

• A Shipping Charge of £8.99 will be applied on all orders valued under £50.00
• All orders placed and paid for will be dispatched the next working day.
• No deliveries are made on Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holidays.
• We ONLY ship to addresses in the U.K.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
We Endeavour to deliver a first-class service to all of our clients if however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will replace the product or refund the purchase price paid.
All goods are sold with a money-back no-quibble guarantee; such items must be returned in the original packaging unused within 14 days of receipt.

• If Goods are found to be faulty or an incorrect item supplied we will replace the item or refund the original purchase price.

and in original packing.

DAMAGES

Items damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery/receipt- no claims will be accepted for damage in transit after 7 days from receipt/delivery.
