No deliveries are made on Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holidays.
We ONLY ship to addresses in the U.K.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We Endeavour to deliver a first class service to all of our clients if however, you are dis-satisfied with your purchase we will replace product or refund the purchase price paid.

All goods are sold with a money back no-quibble guarantee; such items must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

If Goods are found to be faulty or incorrect item supplied we will replace item or refund original purchase price.

RETURNED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED WILL BE RETURNED AT BUYERS EXPENSE.

We will arrange collection and replacement of goods or if necessary refund invoice amount providing goods are received undamaged, unused and in original packing.

All returned items must be clearly identifiable with purchaser's details including address, telephone number and purchase invoice number including reason for return.
