Deltaqua International Ltd's main objective has been to provide clients with ecologically friendly water treatment systems such as the 'Off Line' Silver Ionisation System, which allows for the finite control of the introduction of ions to ensure total bacterial control.

The central concept of 'Off Line' ionisation, is the provision of an ion unit, fed directly with a clean water supply. The 'Off Line' unit generates an ion-laden concentrate which is then dosed into the water system to be treated.

As the production of the ion concentrate is totally separate from the water to be treated, is unaffected by fluctuations in: pH, water hardness, TDS, temperature, presence of other materials, chlorine levels, oils and organic matter; all of which as highlighted in the BSRIA report, can affect, or influence the efficiency of the ionisation process, by coating anodes with scale/oil films, or by complexing ions out of solution.
